Insurance

I am considered an out-of-network provider by insurance companies. However, I provide clients with a statement of services that can then be submitted for reimbursement. Insurance reimbursements vary depending upon the carrier, so you should contact your insurance company to inquire about out-of-network coverage. Some important questions to ask an insurance company are:
 

1. How much reimbursement is offered for an out-of-network provider?
    

2. Do you have a deductible and has that been met?
    

3. Does the insurance company have a limit on mental health coverage?
