My Approach
I work with diverse issues such as anxiety, depression, addiction and the adjustment process that might be needed because of a physical move or an emotional loss. And I have helped many adult clients overcome a chaotic family environment that has impeded and interfered with their ability to sustain healthy relationships at work, socially and in romantic relationships.
Effective therapy only happens in a safe, nurturing place that gives you the opportunity to grow and find your true self. I create a space that will allow you to acknowledge and neutralize those patterns in your life that have been preventing you from finding connection with yourself and others. Mine is an integrative approach that utilizes psychodynamic and relational interventions and draws on different techniques that help me conceptualize, understand, and address your specific needs.

I offer a therapeutic modality called Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP): the use of ketamine as a complement to psychotherapy. It combines talk therapy with ketamine as an adjunct, to help eligible patients experience profound breakthroughs and lasting improvement. It is especially effective for depression, anxiety, PTSD—particularly when other treatments haven't been a as effective.

I offer individual, couples, and group therapy, an often overlooked option that offers participants many benefits. I am committed to giving patients a holding space that supports them and allows them to process and make meaning of their family dynamics, personal challenges, and the specific roles they serve.
Therapy is a beautiful and challenging journey, and I would be honored to walk its path with you as you explore and discover fulfillment in your life.
I am now accepting clients during business hours in my Center City Philadelphia office, or via telehealth in those states where I am licensed.
